The 6 apartments are situated on the ground floor, on the first and second floor of a 3 floor house located in a strategic position, close to the centre of Malesco in front of the Vigezzina railway station.

The apartments (75 m2 each) accommodate 4/6 persons and all have a large living room with an open space for the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (with shower/bathtub and washing machine), a double room and another bedroom with a bunk bed. Moreover, in the living room there’s enough space for two further sleeps.

Please note that pets are not admitted.

The house provides a private fenced back yard with a stone table and a garden where all the lodgers have access and where they can leave bikes. There is a free car park right in front of the building as well as the town bike sharing point and the shuttle bus stop for Val Grande National Park.
